WHO WE ARE

Most 3PLs have never built the hardware they manage. We have.

Biossphere started in 2019 by building and renting our own gaming PCs for esports events. We learned what event hardware goes through - the transit, the abuse, the teardown and rebuild between events - by owning the machines that went through it. In 2022 we went broader: we took everything we'd learned running our own fleets and started offering it directly to the brands whose hardware was drowning in the same chaos. Today we do both - our own rental fleets, and fleet management for companies like Logitech G and AMD.

WHY WE EXIST

Event hardware isn't a logistics problem. It's a hardware problem that happens to involve logistics.

A standard 3PL moves boxes. It doesn't open the box, flash the BIOS, pair the peripheral, brace the GPU, or ask why 250 identical machines behave differently under load. It doesn't need to - because a standard 3PL has never been responsible for whether the hardware actually works when it arrives. We have. For years, our own revenue depended on our own PCs booting cleanly at an event with no second chances.

That's the difference. We treat every client's fleet the way we treat our own - because for the first three years, our own fleet was the only one we had. The brands we work with don't need a warehouse that stores their hardware. They need an operator who understands it.

HOW WE GOT HERE

From our own rigs to Europe's most demanding fleets.

A seven-year arc, told in three milestones. Each one is the foundation the next one stands on.

2019 Milestone 01 · Founded

We built our own fleet.

Biossphere began by building and renting gaming PCs for esports events across Poland and Europe. We owned the machines, prepared them, shipped them, fixed them when they came back broken, and rebuilt them for the next event. Every lesson about how event hardware fails, we learned on our own equipment, on our own margin.

2022 Milestone 02 · Expansion

We went broader.

Logitech G had the opposite problem from us - a fleet they owned but couldn't operate, scattered across fifteen markets with no chain of custody. We took it on. After three years of running our own fleets, we packaged that experience into a service and started offering it directly to companies with event hardware fleets. Fleet fulfillment became a business because we'd already been doing it for ourselves, every day, for years.

Today Milestone 03 · In parallel

Two services, one discipline.

We run our own rental fleets and we manage the fleets of brands like Logitech G and AMD - millions of euros of event hardware, dozens of EU markets, one warehouse in Warsaw. The discipline is the same whether the hardware is ours or yours: know every unit, prepare it properly, ship it ready, bring it back, do it again.

WHAT WE DO

Two services. The same obsession with hardware that works.

SERVICE 01·FLEET FULFILLMENT

We run your fleet as if it were ours.

Full operational ownership of your event hardware fleet - warehousing, preparation, the Event Hardware Lab, dispatch, returns, service, and the Biossphere Armory platform. This is the service Logitech G and AMD run on.

SERVICE 02·RENTAL FLEETS

We still build and rent our own.

The business we started with, still running. Biossphere owns and rents gaming PC fleets for esports events and activations across Europe. It's where we learned the discipline - and it's why we understand your fleet from the inside, not just the loading dock.

WHERE IT HAPPENS

One address in Warsaw. Two operations under one roof.

Everything happens at Przyczółkowa 350 in Warsaw - receiving, diagnostics, the Event Hardware Lab, standardization, custom crate staging, dispatch, and returns. When a fleet comes to BFS, this is where it lives between events. It's not a storage unit with our name on it; it's a service operation built specifically for high-value event hardware, with the workshop, tooling, and team to prepare it properly.

The same address is home to Biossphere Gaming Facility - our own gaming and esports center. We host bootcamps for professional and semi-pro esports teams, and run gaming and esports events on site. It's not a side project: it's where we stay close to the hardware, the players, and the conditions our fleets are built to survive. The fulfillment operation and the gaming facility feed each other - every event we run ourselves teaches us something we apply to the fleets we manage.

THE TEAM

The people who run it.

Four people in Warsaw - the operators behind every fleet audit, every dispatch, every line of code in Armory.

01 Laura Nowak-Gocławska
Laura Nowak-Gocławska CEO

Leads the fleet audits - the first conversation every client has with BFS, where the current state of their fleet gets diagnosed and the path forward gets mapped.

02 Kamil Pucek
Kamil Pucek CTO

Built Biossphere Armory - the platform that turns fleet management from spreadsheets and email into a single operational system with real-time visibility, AI cart-building, and time-tracked invoicing.

03 Mikołaj Nogal
Mikołaj Nogal Lead Technician

Runs the hardware side - fleet service, warehousing, and preparation for dispatch. Every machine that ships event-ready has been through his process.

04 Ula Nosek
Ula Nosek Office Manager

Keeps the operation running behind the scenes - contracts, settlements, and the formalities that make a multi-market fleet operation work without friction.
